To maintain the brilliance of your Kato jewelry, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, water, and other chemicals. We recommend putting your jewelry on after applying fragrances and cosmetics, and storing each piece in a dry place when not in use.
Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery: Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Bags: Eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and the white safety strap attached.
Jewelry: You may inspect your jewelry while the courier is present. If you wish to return it, hand it back to the courier immediately with the original sticker intact. Once the courier leaves and delivery is accepted, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
