Shipping & Returns

Delivery
Standard delivery within Cairo & Giza takes 3–5 business days. Deliveries outside Cairo & Giza may take longer depending on the destination and courier availability.

Warehouse Pickup
Orders may be collected directly from our warehouse by contacting us via DM to arrange an appointment.

Jewelry Orders
Jewelry may be inspected while the courier is present. Orders may be accepted or declined upon delivery. Once the courier has left, jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Bag Orders
Bags cannot be opened or inspected before accepting delivery. If an order is refused or not collected, shipping fees remain payable.

Bags may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories. Partial returns are accepted.
