Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Kato piece. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange your jewelry or bags within 7 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (box, pouch, or dust bag).

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days for items of equal or greater value.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
